Role Description
We are looking for a HR Trainee to help in our Human resource department and in hiring process, candidate should be proactive with good communications skills and will able to handle the organizational needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Be actively involved in recruitment (iT Industry) by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
- Experience in handling online paid portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
- Create an environment of open communication.
- Knowledge and understanding of best employee engagement practices.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, new joining, etc.) according to policy.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Helping resolve conflicts and other issues within the company.
- Organize activities, Birthday & festival celebrations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
